PRIVACY INFORMATION:
With this note Oviesse S.p.A. wishes to inform visitors to the "www.babyangel.it" website (hereunder the "Site") of the Personal Data Protection Policy adopted, emphasising its commitment and attention to protecting the privacy of the visitors to the Site.
Site browsing is free and does not require any registration, except for a number of specifically identified services. So where a visitor wishes to provide his or her personal details in order to access such additional services, he or she will be expressly informed pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, namely the Personal Data Protection Code, indicating (by way of example) the purpose of the data and the way it is to be used by Oviesse, as well as the right to request that the details are deleted or updated at any time (art.7 of the Code).
INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no.196/2003 ("Personal Data Protection Code") Oviesse S.p.A. provides the following information.
1. The Data Controller
The Personal Data Controller is Oviesse S.p.A., with registered office in Mestre (Venice), via Terraglio, 17, Postcode 30174.
The Data Supervisor, for the management of this Site, is Oviesse's Marketing Manager at the time. You may request the Supervisor's name, as well as the complete list of the Data supervisors sending a request to the addresses indicated in point 7.
2. Types of data handled
No registration is required to access the Site. However, there are services within the site which, before they can be used, require personal details to be provided: in particular your details may be required to access the Newsletter services.
If Oviesse obtains information and personal data it will inform users beforehand, pursuant to art.13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, of the purposes for which details are required and the ways in which they are to be used. Where necessary,Oviesse will obtain the user's specific consent for the data to be used. For example, personal details such as name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address and other information may be requested which the user agrees to provide in order to use the services by completing a specific registration form.
Oviesse will use the personal data collected on line solely for the purposes indicated at the time of registration, such as, for example, giving information about Site news and updates (in the case of Newsletter subscription).
3. Optional nature of providing personal data
The provision of Personal Data is optional. However, failure to provide such data may mean it is impossible to access specific services and obtain any services required.
Data relating to connection and Site browsing (such as, for example, IP addresses of computers used by users, etc.) is collected and used in an anonymous format solely for statistical purposes and is then deleted.
4. Data handling methods and communication
Data may be handled either on electronic or print media.
Oviesse guarantees that the personal details provided through the Site will be handled lawfully and correctly in full accordance with current legislation, as well as the full confidentiality of the details provided at the time of registration. All the information collected is transmitted over a protected connection in order to prevent it from being intercepted by other parties. Site security is guaranteed and certified by one of the leading companies providing internet security services.
The data will not be disseminated or disclosed to third parties apart from within the limits and under the conditions expressly indicated in the information provided from time to time to the user and with the user's authorisation.
5. Links with other sites
This information is provided only for the Site and not for any other websites consulted by the user through a connecting link.
Oviesse cannot be held responsible for personal data provided by users to external parties or any websites linked to this Site.
6. "Profiling" tools
Oviesse does not currently use "Cookies" or other user profiling tools in this Site nor does it conduct unsolicited promotions/advertising, without the user's express consent.
Oviessse only makes use of "Cookies" to remember the language chosen by the user in the opening splash page. Cookies can be disabled from the menu "Tools" in your browser. Under "Tools" select "Options", then "Privacy" and enable the blocking of cookies.
7. Rights of the interested parties
Pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 you have the right to obtain information on the handling of your data from the Data Supervisor. This includes 1) obtaining, without delay, confirmation whether personal data concerning you exists or not […]; 2) obtaining: a) an indication of the origin of the personal data, the purpose and methods of handling, the logic of handling carried out with the aid of electronic tools, identification details of the data controller or supervisors, subjects or categories of subjects to which the data may be communicated or of which they may become aware in their capacity as supervisors or appointed officers; the updating, rectification or, if applicable, addition of data; b) the deletion, conversion to an anonymous format or blocking of data handled in breach of the law; 3) objecting, wholly or in part, to the handling of personal data concerning you, provided for commercial information purposes or for sending advertising or direct selling material or for conducting market research or commercial communication.
